Adaptation of Theodor Aman Museum in Bucharest

The museum in the Romanian capital, named after the painter Aman, was built on the basis of his plans in 1869 in a renaissance style. The typical architectural details and stuccos with the portraits of the greatest renaissance period on the façade of the museum also continue in the building’s interior.

It is to these precious details that the most attention has been paid during the complete restoration. The new image of the museum, which became a cultural monument due to its unique interior paintings and equipment, is discretely complemented by the new floor with inbuilt Hidria’s floor convectors.
