Technologies

Our high-tech assembly lines are built with innovative processes using units to measure electric values, paths, speeds, forces, moments, pressures, flows, sealing, and also Carthesian, SCARA and multi-axis robots and video controls to supervise assembly operations or measurements.

We have also mastered the technologies of metering, joining, labelling and packing and machining, such as stamping, bending or orbital riveting.

All of this is upgraded by additional competencies in automation, such as the M-FMEA methods and MSA, and special knowledge about measuring systems with the PXI and LabView applications.

For all the lines and machines we produce, we provide repairs within the warranty period and also afterwards when the warranty has expired. Our experts will ensure the line or machine is ready for regular production as soon as possible.

Assembly lines

Our assembly lines are characterised by their extraordinary flexibility. This concept also allows access to each individual station of the assembly line.

Rotational assembly machines

The basis of this machine is a dividing table with individual work stations placed in their correct order. Several rotational tables can be combined with a dedicated product manipulation between them. The rotational machines are often integrated into the assembly line itself.

Devices for final product testing

Depending on a client’s technical requirements, we produce machines for the final testing of products where various electric and other characteristics are measured so the manufacturer can place 100% reliable products on the market. The test methods we develop are adapted to the client’s requirements, valid standards and required product functionality.

Rotational and line vibratory feeders

 Vibratory feeders are intended for the automatic feeding of elements that are always aligned in the same way and arrive at individual feeding spots by constant metering.

Shakers and motorised bunkers

Shakers and motorised bunkers are used to supply parts to the assembly spot or to fill the bowls of rotational vibratory feeders. The filling amount is controlled by means of a level probe.

Transport systems

These systems are meant for the transport between individual work stations by means of pallets or blocking systems. These stop a pallet in the precisely defined position of a work place. The length of the tape and type of the system depend on the number of work stations and their layout.

Manipulators

Manipulators help transfer products between the feeding and working place or the place where individual work operations are performed. Manipulators with two or more axes, pneumatic and electrical manipulators and mixed manipulators are available.

Machine vision

Machine vision is used for product quality control, process management and identification. By means of computer vision and network cameras, we achieve the reliability of production, increase the quality, and reduce costs.

IT solutions

Using modern IT solutions, we manage automation systems and connect the collected data with statistical methods and the use of algorithm development.
