The sensors and sensor systems in the automotive and other industries are vital elements to ensure the optimal functioning of devices. Our know-how and technologies in the area of sensor systems are based on the development and production of systems for the cold start of diesel engines.

The pressure sensor was developed at the same time as the pressure sensor integrated into the glow plug. Its construction enables extremely precise measurement in real time, during combustion of the fuel. The electronics integrated into the product filters, amplifies and relays the information about the pressure in the combustion chamber directly to the engine computer. The information about the engine pressure enables closed-loop control over the combustion that can lead to 30% less fuel consumption and harmful emissions.

Technologies

We developed our own production line to make pressure sensors. Here we use various highly advanced technologies that are the outcome of our innovative know-how and experience. These are automated assembly, machine vision, laser welding, electric resistance welding and laser cutting, cold forming of metals, placement of electronic components, reflow, soldering, automatic optical control, in-circuit testing, vacuum filling with filling resins, and data mining.

Areas of product application

Pressure sensors are suitable for pressure measurement in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine, petrol and diesel engines for personal and cargo vehicles, large ship engines, electric generators, etc.
